Ayurveda is deeply integreated into an Indian way of living and social seasonal celebrations. Currently Ayurveda is quickly getting integrated into the modern research framework and thus there is an urgent requirement for education to children about Ayurveda. Until this approach is achieved in Indian central and state school syllabus, this book aims at engaging the young mind to basic understanding of Ayurveda in a story format.
